KEPWA tekad untuk membantu menjayakan 'UTM say no 2 bonceng'




Biro Kebajikan dan Pengaduan Awam (KEPWA) Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa KTC bertekad untuk bersama-sama dengan Biro Kerohanian (BADAR) dalam membantu jawatakuasa bertindak pusat program UTM say no 2 to bonceng. KEPWA melihat perkara ini sebagai satu petanda yang baik kearah kehidupan yang lebih selamat dan sejahtera di Kolej Tuanku Canselor. Oleh yang demikian, KEPWA bersedia pada bila-bila masa untuk mengunakan Majlis Ketua-Ketua blok (MKB 2009/2010) untuk membantu jawatankuasa bertindak pusat dalam meminta tandatangan daripada mahasiswa KTC dari bilik ke bilik sebagai tanda bantahan terhadap gejala bonceng yang semakin berleluasa dan sebagai tanda sokongan terhadap program yang dilaksanakan. KEPWA juga akan menjadi golongan pendesak kepada pentadbiran kolej dan Jawatankuasa Kolej Mahasiswa untuk sama-sama membantu dan turun padang sebagai tanda sokongan terhadap program yang dilaksankan ini.

  1. I refer to the above and wish to draw the attention of Abdul Azim Bin Abd Jamil.
    I am hereby to deliver some of my opinions to your above statement because of the below reason.
    Firstly, Please note that, Motorcycle is a very common transport which can be easily used. We use motorcycle because it is convenience. Take note that not all student are rich and able to own a car. If you propose this "Anti Pembonceng" Do you think this is a rational idea? Do you know you will cause a lot of problem to students? secondly, what about if there is an emergency and the only transport is Motorcycle? Are you expect them to walk?
    thirdly, do u consider the public transport? If your transport is by car, you will not know how horribe is the public transport service in Malaysia.
    do you really think you can stop this? what about outside university? Please note that in our Malaysian Federal Constitution, you cannot set a rule which is violate Human Rights.
    Remember, Federal constitution is the highest authority in Malaysia.you cannot restrict their basic rights.
